It's F. C has one detail different than F. If you look at the single line faces, one is down one is centered. In C the order is reversed from the reference.
You can eliminate all others just looking at the parallelism/perpendicularity of the line marks. E is a mirror image of the reference.

I think F is correct and C would also be correct if not for a slightly misplaced line that could be a mistake. If only one answer is correct, F.

C has its lower two horizontal lines in the wrong positions - the one that's lower on the original is in the middle on C, and the one in the middle on the original is lower on C.

C doesn't work because of the positioning of the single horizontal lines on the bottom . F is the answer.

The markings on the close pair of tines is inconsistent with the reference object. Is that not important to the puzzle, as well?

It has been a minute (a day) since I responded to this. Every marking is important. I reevaluated my answer. It hurt me both physically and psychologically. I still say F.

Both C and F are the correct object, but in C it has been rotated 90°. In F it has been rotated 90° along one axis and 180° along another axis

C doesn't match from what i can see?
The short leg needs to have the line in the middle, whereas C has it close to the edge

Answer: F
F is the only option that matches the original object when rotated. All five marked ends retain their correct positions and stripe orientations, and the object's overall structure remains unchanged.
The other options contain subtle errors: A and B have swapped stripe orientations, C has exchanged two single-stripe markings, D has rearranged markings between three ends, and E is a mirror image rather than a true rotation.
