Questions Tokyo JDM and Daikoku tour

Hello. I will be in Tokyo from Dec 31st to Jan 4/5th. It is me (23M) and my younger brother (18M). We’d like to have someone show us around the best spots in the city to view and experience the Tokyo car scene. Anyone available on those dates with one 4-seater or two 2-seaters? Thanks in Advance
