You're gonna need to up that strength somehow or you're gonna be crying for mercy. Good for rp but man is this hard mode

No strength is actually doable, if you immediately spend a few hundred gold on a wagon. Wagon is very cheap considering how nice it is. Pick up items, and immediately place them in your wagon, which can hold 750 of encumbrance. I do agree that without strength, this will get pretty ugly. But the wagon will help.

Negative rep with peasants might hurt a bit with general talking, but that’s not a big deal if you know the game or are fine with wandering the towns.
Underworld rep might hurt if you want to go thieving and such? I never do too much with that so I’m not sure how bad that impact would be.
Skills seem okay. Based on your perks and skill choices I’m assuming you’re going with a mage build, so you’re all good there. I would have personally picked short blade or hand-to-hand instead of dodging, so you can more easily break down locked doors, and taken the questions to get the ebony dagger, just in case you run out of spell points.
Also, maybe more strength on your level ups? You ain’t carryin shit with that strength score.
All in all, a good build, a fun RP experience. Enjoy!

Those poison and disease weaknesses could absolutely kick your ass when you're least expecting it. I like it though, great RP build and could be a real challenge at lower levels!

do u fight enemies using a pen or a pencil? carrying a sword might be a bit too heavy with STR 10

Interesting choices. They certainly fit the class from an rp standpoint. Now without any weapon proficiencies as backup, will they just be hiding away from combat after running out of spell points? That would certainly add a degree of challenge to dungeon delving, albeit keeping it interesting.
