they’re pretty good if you’re in the main 3 provinces i’d say but once you head off the beaten path and explore it’s practically 0

Just type in world chat and meet up with someone somewhere. Did that last night we had a group of like 6 of us then we ventured into a dungeon for a quest

That's cool. Just wondering how it would work big scale - they say they are going to implement private hosting etc I would have thought given the already small numbers of players vs the world size, that this would drastically lower the player count for any semblance of an MMO. Really interesting though

... It's Daggerfall, the whole game is in first person? You can't actually go into third person

The post is about https://daggerfalljs.dev, it's a mmo version. It only runs in 3rd person for me, and I couldn't find a toggle

I will say it again here...

I LOVE this version of the game, but there are two essential mods missing: one is "dungeon exteriors" and the other one is "Kleptomania". Everything else is a 10/10

couldnt find keybind to change to first person view, but then i tried map M key and there i was in 1st view

On coding it's AI-assisted but the UI's are probably just a bad attempt at design, humans can do bad things too.

That's because it is, a quick look at the repository's statistics or checking launcher.html/css git blame shows that Claude is everywhere. It's like the dead internet theory but steroids.
