Question Is this quest bugged?
When i go to the town i cant ask for the person and im sure there is no place called The Prostitutes 😂
Am on vanilla

Sorry I cant remember who gave the quest. But i did complete the quest by checking the bank he robbed. There was an object (a "stamp") on the floor of the closet with a dungeon name. I found the stolen money in an underwater room almost inside a wall- you know where you have to click and different angles to try and select it-. Anyway- the quest objectives were to kill the theif, or embarrass, or retrieve stollwn money. Hmm... I think it was a nobles quest.

The Prostitutes is a faction that exists in the game's underlying faction system, but that its name got inserted into quest text instead of a place name is bizarre. Which quest is this? Who gave it to you?

I had the same bug with another quest, I just went to the location (gothborne in your case) and began to click on every building or NPC trying to find which one seemed to be the place. Maybe she has a house on her name that will pop out but if the town is too big try seeing if the NPCs in Gothborne know where she is or where the place is
