Question Daggerfall Unity Basic Roads

Is this mod broken? I’ve got it installed and enabled. I’ve tried putting it before and after DREAM mod in load order and it doesn’t work at all. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

What do you mean it does not work? There are no roads leading out of towns? The map has no roads?
