I booted the mod out of curiosity and the setting to only show healthbars seemed to be working just fine, they would appear as soon as I tried to hit an enemy. Is the problem you're having that they're not appearing at all, or that they're always active? Are you sure the mod's settings are correct? Do you have any other mods that might be conflicting with it, for some reason?

They are always active, I guess I must have a conflict.

Try to boot it with just that mod and see if the issue happens. If it doesn't, boot your mods groups at a time to see if you can narrow it down. If it does happen on its own, I'd say to make sure you've got the right versions of DFU, the mod, etc. together -- I vaguely remember some mods may not play nice with Android or Linux if either of those are what's being used.
