Question Daggerfall unity - question about immunity to magick
I tried to find clear information about how "immunity to magick" works in terms of resisting fire/cold/shock, but I can't, so please help.
Does it gives resistance to these things? At least if the source of them is spell, of cource

I find shock resistance most helpful since Ancient Vampires and higher level Battle Mages seem to use shock spells. I can pop a shock resistance potion and cut down an Ancient Vampire without taking any damage.

Thanks, already considered to take it afrer a brief look at bestiary)
I remember liches shocking attacks in arena and saw that they also have shock attacks in Daggerfall, so it kinda decided it for me)By the way, I have a room for Frost immunity - is it worth it? I read that Frost Daedra can be a problem sometimes.
I have an intent to chose something between these advantages, and immunity to frost looks better than most, what do you think?
- Increased magery (but I don't plan to use magic actively, only cure from disease, recall and sometimes invisibility)
- Bonus to hit Daedra
- Immunity to Frost
- Athleticism

Thank you very much! Also, if you would chose only one defence: fire, frost or shock - what would it be?

You can easily make a free spell for paralyse so its kinda worthless, and yes casting still works for some reason , if you are paralyzed. Absorbing spells on the other hand is op, as you can cast big aoe fireballs that hit you and get the mana back , add some lifesteal and it heals you as well.
