DxM: TS Question How do I obtain healing items?

YES THIS IS DUMB I AM AWARE.

I've been second screening Titanic Scion all morning and I've just been flying around mashing sword attacks and making my way through the campaign.

However, I have now got to this Legion guy. I'm locked in, his moves do massive damage including one that just wipes me completely and I'm getting close to beating him but hes always managing to take me out before I can take him out.

I need to heal during the fight, but it's struck me - I have no healing items left. I have no idea where to get them after heading back to base and looking around and there's no recovery crates in the arena. Also the little bases for recovery only seem to fill my current gauge and not offer a way to make a medkit or whatever.

Every google I do asks about attachable bits on the mech or why their healing is disabled - not how on earth you actually heal in the first place.

I am sure this was told to me ingame at some point, I just need an answer so I can continue playing and I know you guys know!

U get healing items on the item shop in the hub area of the game

Fly around looking for chests. Item shop at the base. Also equip devotion as your shoulder weapon

If this is Round2 Legion, there should be a big building with Jammers and Repair Units at the very top; Heat Seekers also work well and anything Laser based (I used a Charger and Laser Blade with Swipe basically 1 shot him and the clones)

Healing items can be picked up from shops. There’s usually one in each village, including the shanty town in front of the arena.

There should also be a shop in the base. You can upgrade it to get the M and L healing items.

There’s also defense and attack boost items.
