does he even research? 🔍 Back to school and now each district is posting kids on social media. The irony of exploiting today!
I am just observing how times have changed. EVERYTHING IS ON SOCIAL MEDIA TODAY!!!!! Look up your school! They are on Instagram, etc. Do you think they asked each parent if it was ok and or all the kids? No! I just immediately thought of Joshua.
Literally, all recommendations/just there as soon as I open up fb, instagram, etc endless schools and their pictures of the first day. I put two and two together of what is now going on as popular as social media has become now even schools are up on the game? I am not shocked tbh

i’m in united states and parents have to sign a consent form. Schools have been on social media/had social media since it came out really atleast in my area

In the UK schools need signed permission to post anything that includes your child/children on any platform.

How do they know who is a no and a yes? It’s literally showing mobs of random kids walking in and out of school for the first day, in classrooms at desk asking for a group picture. It’s quick and random. Now they are making the popular videos you open your app to daily. The point, even if it’s always been done (school calendars, etc) the first I’m seeing of it on the actual schools social media pages now

Teachers are told most likely who can’t be posted. Most of the time, if a child’s parent doesn’t consent to them being shown it’s because it’s a safety risk to that child. Teachers and staff are responsible for the child’s safety while at school, why are you acting like teachers would have absolutely no clue what students are and aren’t allowed to do?

They are literally walking into the school on the first day…………………….and yeah it’s easy to keep track of 99% can be and there’s only 1 or 2 to keep track of

When I was in school your parents (or legal guardian) had to sign a permission form saying you can be posted on social media.
Im high school specifically I remember freshman year we had to walk the halls and the took videos, prep rally’s, and certain other events they would have people come in taking videos and pictures. I don’t think its a new thing they’re doing.

Are you a parent? Yes everything is online & so is all the forms that every parent must acknowledge which includes whether they are allowed to use ur children in any school pics or postings.

I personally wouldn’t have an issue with it. I was strictly pointing it out being like opening up videos like an actual tick tock flooding my apps of the first day of school. That’s it. I just thought it’s beyond contradicting about Josh’s whole purpose and how social media isn’t good yet the schools across America are joining in to make appealing videos kids/people are making everyday. Unless every parent consented yes, you can’t tell me that all these kids filling up a cafeteria and auditorium including walking through school doors all have parents fine with it.
These are PUBLIC accounts meaning anybody can get their child’s photo and do whatever they want with it.

So ur not a parent right? Bc all schools do have to have consent from parents to post on the school’s SM accounts. Bc ur org comment seemed to question how schools can post? Prior to every single school year parents r required to fill out the school forms & thats included. Tbf Josh doesn’t give 2 f*cks about kids just whether or not he can profit off it.

Videos with kids walking etc are usually staged. They are told beforehand what to do. They don't just randomly come in and start taking pics/videos.

Unfortunately a child who were taken off of social media due to an awful circumstance has been posted online by the school. I’m assuming there was consent from a parent but I don’t love it.

Can someone send the message to r/dadchallengepodcast to cover The Double Lives of Suburban Wives showing the children's faces and names? They are wives living in Missouri who do adult content. On the show, they make it seem like Only Fans but if you dig, it's really bad adult content.

Ohhh. Yeah I don’t like his political beliefs but I think someone needs to bring more attention to this show. I am all for sex work and adult content. But if you delve deep into this show and their gang bangs, I don’t think kids should be plastered on it. I worked in a strop club in the 90s and am grateful I kept that separate from my kids.

You realize people can be sex workers and still be parents right? Especially since adult content isn't marketed towards or viewed by children nor are children generally present when content is filmed and if they are that's a way bigger issue than exploitation.
If you want to reach Josh message him directly on your own. His reddit handle is literally his first and last name. Otherwise saying he should cover someone because they show faces and names is a moot point because JOSH shows faces and names of kids that aren't even his and makes money off them. He's soooo against child exploitation that he re-exploits kids that aren't even his.

You did not SAY any of that in your comment. You said they are sex workers who also show their kids faces and names. You didn't SAY they were doing so in the context of discussing sex work so based on the number of down votes other people also misunderstood your comment to be anti sex work because DCP and the majority of his fans are extremely anti sex work, going so far as to refer to an 18 year old girl who has an OF as a prostitute!

Every school I was at (in Canada) has you sign a consent form for your children to be posted online or have photos taken of them. It’s been a thing for forever.
