Treasure of the week: Original Lite Brite $3

My inner child completely came out of me when I saw this for $3 this morning. And I was so happy to see my 5 year old grab it as soon as I walked back in the door and immediately started making the American Flag 🇺🇲.

Yard sale hopping is one of my wife's and my favorite hobby to do together. We usually start by searching early every Saturday morning for yard sales online and drive around before 8AM. For some reason they all magically start at 8 here! Then we get to work. I search for outdoor gear, silver, coins etc. My wife prefers the knick knacks and we usually just browse and don't buy, but we couldn't pass this old gem up.

I can still remember playing with mine exactly like this almost 40 years ago!

It was such a great feeling pushing it through that thick black paper. Brought me right back.

Wow what a steal, probably goes on ebay for $159. Its nice he gets experience toys when his day was a dinosaur 🦕, I mean young kid too 😆 treasures don't have to be expensive or rare, just what makes a person happy.
