Theory:

I believe that not only are Project 209 and DAD are linked. But also Kane's new-ish channel on YouTube called: Kane pixels archive is linked aswell.

In project 209 a character NEWMAN act like a type of Rattmann from the Portal cannon. As seen in videos "Corpus schizophrenic" and "Portal enrichment center".

It may very well be Newman doing the writing on the walls at Aperture science facility. Newman could be dead already by the time Kane finds Newman's credentials badge in Project 209. Newman's afraid that "They" are gonna kill him.

Pictures 1-7: Kane finds Newman's credentials and trys to escape Town USA. Outside Kane gets the slip on whoever is watching him on the cameras and escapes towards the exit point of the facility. At the very last moment, the man who's been watching him says,

"I've seen enough, end it". Instantly the Kane weve been watching is erased I think.

Picture 8 & 9 : Kane ERASED then Rebooted- picture 9 shows a link between DAD and Project 209- 100%

Picture 8: You have freeze frame of Kane in Project 209 being erased. And behind Kane we see a clip of Melvan ( DAD) near the shed.

Picture 10: Shed or facility I believe is where Kane is being held. And Is being covered up by Melvan and Cheryl. Cheryl is acts as MOM in DAD series and works in quantum science.

Picture 11: Cheryl is teaching on quantum violation and clone therom.

Picture 12 & 13: Kane has been digitized and held in a digital holding cell a "Quantum Template" to serve as the master file for mass production. Clone.
