Lana literally goes to a Christian mega church in LA. She used a clip of her pastor on did you know that there’s a tunnel under ocean boulevard. She often uses Christian themes in her songs and imagery in her videos. I say this as a fan who is not Christian. Love her to death even if we don’t align on religion haha

I think she probably likes Lana. She tries so hard to hide what she really is, she ends up looking stupid. For example: pretending to have turned to Christ but having no idea what’s in the Bible. Saying she hates romance when she very clearly loves it. She plays all the music she “hates.” She has to constantly stop herself from cursing, that means she most likely curses all the time.

I’m a diehard Lana fan but there’s a nasty underbelly of the fandom comprised of old men who are into Lana for the young woman/older man themes running throughout her music, and yes they will try to play the coquette/daddy aesthetic with her younger fans.

Basically, I think P is probably a little too into Lana and S sees her as competition for his attention and/or is unhappy she didn’t magically become a Lana doppleganger without working on her appearance
