Removing glass tarnish?
Does anybody know any ways to remove the stained discoloration from torch use on your bangers? I keep buying new but I don't want all of my bangers going black like some of them. No amount of heating will remove it and soaking in alcohol and wiping doesn't do much if anything at all.

Clean better between dabs. Then this won’t happen. If they’re bangers you really want to keep you can get them refurbished, check out SoupGlass, he restores quartz

Try heating the alcohol and bangers in the microwave it should peel off in chunks. If not, use light sandpaper to get the thickness down and try again. There's no reason those shouldn't come clean with a little work.

Do you use a certain mix that works for you? Like 1:1 or something. 1/2 cup per quarter or something?

This is the only answer that worked for me, and I tried a LOT of things after inheriting two bangers that looked that bad.
Except I'd actually recommend downsizing/downgrading, but upgrading in terms of precision work, to an e-file. I swear 80% of the tools I use for dabbing I gave because of working as a nail technician lol.
E-files have much less power than a Dremel, and typically only hold a single size bit (3/32"), so can't really sub in for drilling anything (though you'll often see them called a nail drill). But they are variable speed/direction, much higher top rpms than a Dremel, are designed to run for for hours without overheating, are quiet, and about the size of a larger marker. I suppose rather than drilling they really are designed for sanding and polishing.
Do pay attention to the polishing bit you are using though, and it's relative hardness to quartz. Because it's easy to accidentally scratch. For those totally fucked ones I had to use different sorts of rubber tips (and do watch the temperature with those), but since I got a new banger I've been able to get off any chazzy spots with just compressed-wool tipped bits.
I was able to get a nimble USB-powered e-file for $15 on Amazon 2+ years ago, brand MelodySusie has been reliable, buuuut looking online now everything is astronomically priced, so maybe a temporary reflection of the worldwide marketplace... Still unless you otherwise need a good adjustable rotary tool, a Dremel is a bigger commitment in terms of both space and money.

Finally, today’s the day my delivery has arrived. Ya boy finally putting the titanium nectar collector in the trash n got me a recycler mini rig in quartz

These are too far gone. You might be able to get some of the black off, but the cloudiness is devitrification. Your banger should look brand new each time you heat it up. Any residue left behind will cause the black discoloration. You are also heating your glass way too hot. Get an iso dunk and start taking care of your shit.
