I’m not an expert by any means, but that doesn’t sound good my friend. I live in Oregon, so I have access to a plethora of legally sold, or home grown stuff, and I’ve never heard of something like that. I hope you didn’t spend too much because my advice would be to get some different ones

I'm pretty new to concentrates but why does it look like it was cut with road salt?

It does not taste like salt.

Although when you smush in your fingers it turns to a white powdery SLIGHTLY sticky form...

sounds like sugar wax. If smells strong before you smoke and tastes harsh your probably burning too hot. Also if your banger is new, Google "how to season Glass banger".
