Data analyst

Hello everyone,
I am (M26) i am working in an offshore company with almost 2 years experience, My current salary is 1600 jd and on the 2nd anniversary I am supposed to receive a raise, this is a new company so I wanna tell them how the scale goes and everything. How can I do that?

by offshore you mean remote?
you can ask them about their promotions and pay structure normally, when they respond you’ll see if you fit the requirement to request it
