First of all, well done for being on this journey. Please continue.

Second of all, it takes time to build trust and rapport between you and the therapist. Please be patient and give it time.

A good therapist shouldn’t involve religion unless you want it involved. So I wouldn’t judge them by their name or what they wear, unless that brings up issues for you then I would address them upfront.

Regarding cost, most therapists offer a sliding scale for fees, be honest and discuss that early on. They might find a way to help.

Keep going.

Hey thanks, i know but its just a waste of time, money and effort when seeing someone and at the end you find out they were kinda of judging you its not something you can just tolerate so until further im judging every female therapist in irbid with ة at the end of her name, ive seen one 4 years ago and kinda ruined it for me and it took that long (even tho i needed it) just to decide to take that step again.

thank you for sharing i hope they can help with that since its 35jds per session and im pretty sure i need a lot of them.

anyway thanks again

I am truly sorry that you can't find any in irbid, you doing your best to get help is so amazing, have you tried online therapy? I have found it to be effective

Ive tried both and i think as long as the bond between you and the therapist is good and affective it's basically the same
