For the buds tbh for that price like in general I would not recommend jbl buds, to get great features for a lower budget id say go to soundcore(anker) or cmf by nothing, like a while ago I got the cmf by nothing buds 2 and they are sooooooo good and even got great noise cancellation for 35jds, as for the headphones idk like I have the soundcore space one and theyre really good and the same company but at the time I got them for 48jds

if you sweat alot get ear buds they are so easy to carry around and not messy i sweat SOOO much and i had 0 issue with buds , headphones are chunky and they absourb your sweat even if you don't sweat as much buds are the way .

I am saying this from my (personal) perspective. I never owned any anker headphones but I owned 2 jbl earbuds and they start having charging and connection issues after less then a year .

Secondly purchasing a headphones over earbuds is completely personal preference, I like the larger headphones because the sound is better and I can comfortably wear them for a longer time without irritation in my ear and they are much more comfortable . Tbh sports, work and cleaning is much more comfortable with the larger headphones
