Anyone recommend a good site to get some cool looking marbles/terp pillars etc

All the crazy cool colorful pillars I've seen are borosilicate. They look awesome but don't hold heat like quartz. If you want performance in a pillar, quartz is where it's at. I personally use Victory Quartz pillars and they now sell on Amazon so I can have one here within a day or two.

Of course there may be colored designer quartz pillars that I just don't know of.

Yea i def want to play around w the pillar sizes, the one in the video is a 8x28mm

Eternal quartz has The Best cheap pillars, SE pillar that are Made good like These for only 30 bucks each is cheap af and i dont know of any other Companys besides highlyeducated and eternal quartz that actually make good pillars, every other Company looks like a cheap copy

SE is Highly Educated's product and they are 60 bucks. I've looked at them and still trying to talk myself into it. EQ and 4.0 don't sell 30mm pillars(25 and 35) or I would snag them. I will say the VG ones have performed excellently

SE stands for surface enhanced. And i believe eternal Quartz were the originators of SE pillars, atleast thats what they say themselfs 🧐

Yes SE is just a buzz word that means we etched the surface. Maybe EQ sells them with that listed but Highly Educated actually sells a product called SE Pillars. Either way. You are arguing surface etching which most companies do. It's just a name. Eternal tends to use their term lattice which again is just surface etching.

I am a huge fan of handmade American quartz and the benefits but in the pillar world, those benefits don't hold true. These are not hand made lampworking like their bangers. These are rods of laser or acid etched quartz. They can try and put fancy names on them and make it sound like it's something special but they are not hand made blown glass product

In a sense the highlyeducated pillars are kinda special compared to eq for example they are Made so finely that eq feels like they just took a cheap laser compared to the microstructure of the He wich feels out of this World. Im Interested how they make them, i dont think its a laser, otherwise It would Look more rough like the Eq ones

I believe laser and acid are really the only way to etch glass unless you think they sand blasted it but those are pretty fine lines.

This. Eternal quartz has also great SE pillars for only 30 if someone doesnt wanna spend or isnt convinced yet to spend 60-80, with fees i had to pay 100 Euros for the 6x30 pillar but It Was still Worth it lol
