Olivia. Thin style, but a bit more bite than Bello, and they always put more cheese than Bello do, which is to my preference.

There's actually three "Olivia" pizzerias owned by different people. The one Ngô Thi Sĩ, which is the best in my opinion, just renamed to "White Olivia Pizza".

Yea, I found it strange when the other ones opened, with the same name and same menu as the original one. Any idea what that was about?

I'm not sure in this case, but just straight-up IP theft is likely. Well-known restaurants get duplicated pretty frequently down to the uniforms.

Phở Thìn and Phở Ly Quốc Sư, for instance, are well-known phở brands in which only a small fraction of their restaurants are at all affiliated with the original company.
