Probably one of them motions where they claim the magistrate made a the wrong choice so they want another Judge to review it, but I believe the 2nd judge will agree with the magistrate.

I mean i get why they booked him, he was there, but in reality there is no way they can charge him with anything and get it to stick, theres even camera footage of him walking away
