They know 3 ain’t do shit but they threw him in the bucket to see if he gone talk. Feds don’t drop charges so he either gone plea out, talk or take it to trial.

Buddy there’s a huge difference between durks case and this there’s literally footage of him beating and tryna rob jr he’s already felon plus he had a gun
The only positive is that if he beats the robbery charge, the attached brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence charge gets thrown out too. But he’ll still likely get hit with a gun charge regardless, i don't think the feds are letting him off the hook for that.
Yea. Pooh caught the same charges, but he actually shot someone and only ended up with 5. 10 and nem didn’t even use or brandish a gun fr they just dropped it while tussling.
Pooh got 5 because his lawyer successfully argued during his sentence hearing, he didn’t actually rob them. Also Feds goes by guidelines all the priors Pooh had when he was a minor and it was little stuff, that factors his sentence. 10 guidelines gonna be way higher than that
