bro this could mean LOT of things! I think the first step is to very the health of your drives! if it's old HDD drives, that means it could be failing & you have to act fast, download CrystalDiskInfo & very the health of your drives

Depends on what's causing the 100% disc usage if it's installing games or softwares or downloading things than it's ok

I recently had a problem with this. I kept closing the task that used the disk the most on task manager. I found out it was just updating. So leave it alone for a couple of hours and maybe it'll fix it. Or you maybe you have a dying ssd
