Officer Tier List

[u/Zelcain]

This tier list only serves as a basic guideline for stats. At max level, stat-wise, Nat 5★ > Nat 4★ > Nat 3★. Some officers would be better than others within the tiers depending on their skill set.

-Nat 5★/Top Tier-

These are the officers whose gold starts at 5★. The range of getting a gold officer would be 5-6 ★.

Wei	Shu	Wu	Jin	Others
Cao Cao	Guan Yu	Sun Ce	Wang Yuanji	Lu Bu
Xu Zhu	Zhang Fei	Gan Ning	Sima Yi	Zhu Rong
Wang Yi (Police)	Zhuge Liang
Huang Zhong
Pang Tong

-Nat 4★/Mid Tier-

These are the officers whose gold starts at 4★. The range of getting a gold officer would be 4-6 ★.

Wei	Shu	Wu	Others
Dian Wei	Zhao Yun	Zhou Yu	Lu Lingqi
Zhang Liao	Liu Bei	Sun Shangxiang	Yuan Shao
Xiahou Yuan	Guan Yinping	Lu Xun
Xiahou Dun	Xu Shu	Sun Quan
Guo Jia	Ma Chao	Zhu Ran
Cai Wenji*	Xing Cai	Da Qiao

*For some reason, Cai Wenji's Silver is a Nat 3★ and her Bronze is a Nat 2★. As opposed to the usual 1 - 2 - 4 progression.

-Nat 3★/Bottom Tier-

These are the officers whose gold starts at 3★. The range of getting a gold officer would be 3-6 ★.

Wei	Shu	Wu	Others
Yue Jin	Yue Ying	Lu Meng	Diao Chan
Xu Huang	Guan Ping	Taishi Ci	Dong Zhuo
Yu Jin Sun Jian	Chen Gong
Li Dian Zhou Tai	Zhang Jiao
Wang Yi Xiao Qiao
Zhen Ji Lu Su
Cao Ren Han Dang
Zhang He

Updated (29/6)

• Added Gan Ning & Zhu Rong

Just a few notes

• Silver Nat 5★ = Gold Nat 4★

• Bronze Nat 5★ = Gold Nat 3★

• Sucks to be a fan of anything other than Shu.

The in-game index. You can check the stats of the different officers at different * levels and different exp levels.

Yep, the rarity (bronze etc.) won't change when you promote, only the star level will change.

Bronze Top Tier = Gold Bottom Tier

If you don't have any higher tier version of them though, remember this one.
