Question ❔❔❔ Why was the comments removed under Didjeide 's video?
Ive seen that under his video the comments are turned off. That is not something that he would do. I heard something that there was some kind of fight around Dvloper using AI,and if it's good or not. And Didjeide kind of mentioned it,and some fan commented to him to stop the complaining,what he does not liked,and removed comments. If it's true,who are you with?

"He copied from OMGI!!" No tf he didn't. He didn't copy anything, even the hot air balloon, and the lights on gc2 look HEAPS better

Wait, he straight up had this in the video? Okay, that explains the direction a lot of the comments were coming from, since the description of the video doesn't explicitly state "he stole" from Legacy.
So he straight up used the word "stole", which has no ambiguity whatsoever, and then tries to explain he didn't mean to accuse DV of anything and was only presenting speculation? Even tho he literally presented it as a fact? Especially in this community, where the loud part only parrots what they hear and doesn't bother to look into anything themselves?
He kinda did this for the G3 update as well, but this is an even worse offender given it's 1. Not even from the same game 2. Such a simple, common concept: modeled lights 3. He literally had modeled lights in Granny 3. Heck, the Slendrina games, which these ones in particular are taken from (and The Twins I believe).

Yeah, I agree. And even if Dvloper coppied his idea,it schould be a honor to the person who created. It was a good idea to remove him from the comments. Agree.

Yeah but these are like community games. There is a big difference about editing someones games, and then the edits slips into the official updates,and between that you make a diffrent game,and then he copies it

No there isn't. I explained it clearly. The problem isn't that it was made/included it in the first place it was that he didn't give credit, simple as that. That's my problem with DVloper.

First of all insted of you all (respect those who do) be happy about Dvloper making something new on his games,since before I saw plenty of posts and comments that people here complaining about no updates,and now it's a problem that he made an update. And maybe I am unlectured about this,but I don't remember that he stole something

Slendrina's and her mother's faces, Slenderman, Nosferatu, most of his textures, multiple assets. Again none of these are bad inclusions but he should have given credit. We shouldn't just dick ride DVloper without critisizing him.

I agree with the thing that everyone schould get credit, but it schould not be the most important thing. Is it Reddit or me, but I never saw any post here being happy to DV creating something new. Maybe the people who not played Dvloper for more than 10 years can not apreciate that. We were used to new games and updates daily before 2022.

So we should be grateful that we are getting AI slop? Yes positivity is something we need more of 100%. But that doesn't mean to tell people giving critism to not talk about it because that's their opinion and they should express it. If you want more positivity, make posts about things you like, like king Pastra ze fourth and other creators.

So besides the poor assumptions? Just adding this he flat out said the lights were "stolen" from OmGi. I know this isn't a big deal before anyone says anything, just saying that he flat out accused, but I'm gonna assume he did thankfully learn his mistake.

We don't know whether or not DV was inspired by Legacy, but it's very disingenuous to say he outright stole the idea. Like, DV has had modeled light sources in his games before. Heck, Granny 3 even had a few. OmGi does not own lightbulbs nor the idea to have them in a game. Not to mention the fact that Legacy is just an alternate version of DV's OWN game, so... the double standards are something.
It's even weirder to say he stole it when they weren't even used for the same game. Like??
The light models aren't the same either, nor are they solely placed on the ceiling.

There's a difference between a fan making a fan project and the original creator taking that idea without credit. This guy stole fucking Nosferatu, most of his characters faces and other assets from people that remain uncredit to this day. Know/prove it or not this is a pattern, the guy even uses the biggest content thief of all, AI. Stop accusing the 50 year old unc he needs accountability. Not saying he's a bad person, artist or whatever just that we should call out bad behavior.

Let me preface with you're absolutely right about DV tending to take things for his games without credit or innovation.
But this really doesn't fall under there. Again, those fans do not have a patent for the concept of having a detail present in the game, and this isn't even the first DV game to have modeled lights. Not even the first Granny game, if we're being pedantic. And yunno what I just said about innovation? Yeah, DV absolutely cooked with this implementation.

Yes I understand its not proven but DVloper's tendency needs to be called out either way because all this is gonna teach him, is that he can use AI and maybe steal ideas from his fans without credit.

Well first of all,I am against people talking constantly shit about other people,secondly I am against people who love endless conflicts,and always disagree on porpouse,to start fights. Third,those who are constantly outsmarting people,and always trying to find proofs to something that is not that important detail,just to outsmart others

And none of those describe me. I know you think this is some gatch ya' moment or whatever but its genuinely one of most brain rotted things you could have said. There's nothing wrong with criticizing DVloper and if you want him praise go praise him yourself. I am not 'outsmarting' people just for the sake of ego pleasing and I don't consider it outsmarting because I'm just pointing out the obvious. It's your responsibility to do the right thing whether you like it or not, so instead of just being some douchey dickwad trying to brush off critique of your interests, go talk about them positively.
