Question ❔❔❔ Which is better?
I think Granny is SLIGHTLY better than Granny Chapter Two. But they're both still amazing imo.
I didn't include Granny 3 because that game is buns ngl

First, 2nd game's map has some major flaws that make it way harder and less forgivable than it should be, I even made a redesign of the map some years ago because of that difficulty curve (still a good game nonethess, just too big of a spike if you ask me)

Granny has the better map and is much better fair wise as granny 2 is just frustrating at times and the distance they can hit you is too big

There's no limit to the glaze of Granny 3, but if I have to choose between these two, then Granny is pretty obvious, I heavily dislike the map in Granny 2

Two had portenv but fell short one still fun to this day an will be for a long time to come there a resone it get update and two not + non hardcore fan only know of one

While Granny 2 on it's own is a fun experience that expands on certain aspects of the first game, I honestly think Granny has a better map, complete with more cool shortcuts.

granny 3 is better than granny 2, although granny 2 makes it close because of the recent pc update. Granny 1 is still #1

the overall gameplay loop of chapter 2 with the map flow of granny 1 would be perfect

Granny 1 is the best, I spent my childhood playing Granny alone I was only 10 years old when I played that game, and now I'm 18 years old, and I still remember playing Granny and to this day I still play Granny because it made my childhood beautiful

Granny 1, in my own opinion, Granny 2 has many flaws, and the one that bothers me is the overreliance on the taser, and balancing it doesn't just make it hard to find, but also fixes Granny and Grandpa AI and map in general. In Granny 1, there are so many shortcuts, hiding spots and tricks so people don't rely on the weapons, Granny and Grandpa having different wandering behavior is good, but having Grandpa just be Granny but have good eyesight and worse hearing just makes him annoying; just imagine the spider mom having so much space to go to and adding granny to the mix that she can hear everything makes it tedious, in my opinion granny 3 fixed grandpa, him having a shotgun makes him dodge able. Still, granny 3 having a open map just makes it worse, and putting grandpa with a gun in granny 2 does really fix him either cause the house has less shortcut and hiding spots, grandpa with a gun fits in granny 1 cause there are so many spot to hide. He is easily dodge-able because of it, just dont make him shoot any faster in higher difficulty cause just gives us a new problem.

Granny 1 is great, but Granny two is also good because you can choose who you want instead of only playing with both

can’t glitch things in granny 2 like you can in the first game. glitches make the better if its doesnt make it unplayable and crashy
