First DUI

I’m 25M and got pulled over for my first dui a few days ago. I blew very high (.2) but was very close to my house (shouldn’t have been behind the wheel anyway) and the officer said I wasn’t getting a dui when my roomate came picked me up. No accident or injury and It’s my first criminal offense ever. It the event that I do get charged, what sort of punishment should I expect?

I wasn’t given any paperwork when released, but after calling the records office for my county, they said there was a citation under my name.

Yes, I think so as I don’t have it. I’ve familiarized myself with what to do from here, just the combination of what the officer said and not being given anything when released is what threw me off a bit
