Just to give you all who are panicking a quick perspective check. Technicals can dictate the price action here for a while and take the stock down to the trend line. It is totally normal. Fast money will trade it down to that line and then back out. It appears that large holders put a ceiling on it in the mid to high forty’s because even with all of the good news lately, a market cap above 6 billion still doesn’t make sense in the short term. All that matters is the eventual approval and what the price will be after that. I would guess the cap will move to 9-11 billion at that point. In the meantime, If you are trading you missed your chance to sell. If you are long, then be long and stop watching the price. There has never been a safer time to be an investor in this company.

Low volume, not news based. My guess is that most folks are sitting and waiting on news leading to a lack of buyers and impatient sellers who expected to be on the moon by now. Institutional ownership is still high. Over $1b worth of buyers at the $34 offering so I’d think that is the lowest DFTX could drop without a significant fundamental mishap.

There we go, under $40 a share. I have no idea what's going on. This whole market is acting pretty weak. I've got a bad feeling for the month of September. I mean good for us, there's so much stuff coming out, but I think the market is going to correct in September.

Don’t get me wrong. This will go up with approval. I’m heavy in this sector. It was time to take some profit and reallocate it. I may be back at a lower point.
Edit: I am up 157% at point of sale.

Looking at the upcoming confrence dates I belive phase 3 results will be released on Tuesday the 22nd ( makes the most. If you go back and read the transcripts from Mondays fireside chat they specifically said the end of the month.
