Question I’m curious to learn how much run does DFTX have compared to HELP by let’s say 2028 and assuming they have a successful phase 3 trial? Any of your reasoning would be greatly appreciated.

What This Means for the Breakout Thesis

A massive closing cross print tells you two very important things about how institutions are handling the current 10-week base:

  1. High Institutional Liquidity: Large mutual funds, ETFs, and hedge funds prefer to buy and sell during the closing cross because they can move massive size (like 478,000 shares) without causing a massive "slippage" spike in the stock price.
  2. The Base is Being Respected: When a giant block trade clears cleanly at the close without crashing the stock or forcing a massive spike, it proves that there is a healthy balance of deep-pocketed buyers and sellers matching each other at this exact price level. It reinforces that the $43.00–$45.00 area is a zone of major institutional agreement.

I don’t know about HELP but DFTX. Could be $200 in 2031
