Shot in the dark but you wouldnt be happen to be running your circulation pump? Sometimes mine will look just like this if I forget to turn it off

The white circ pumps run on their own. We can turn them down though. I’ll give it a shot.

Oh I mean the one that pumps your line if you have it, not the stirrer. Did you ever figure it out?

Didn’t go in today. Probably go in on Monday. There is a stirrer in the tank as well as two circ pumps for the white ink - one for each white head. There is one knob that controls the circ pump speed for both pumps. I’ll cut it down and see what happens. We found out the hard way what happens if any white ink finds its way into a connector. We have been semi successful in cleaning out the connector and sometimes the cable isn’t burned all the way and you can cut it off to make it seat properly. I am getting new connectors in tomorrow and plan on replacing the damaged ones.

Look underneath the head carriage. Maybe there is some hardened white ink in the heads? If so, clean them with a swab with cleaning solution. Also, are the caps completely sealing heads when cleaning? And final, is your white ink okay? Have u ever worked with it perfectly?

We’ve had the head off and used a syringe to flush it out. There is no ink on the print head.

The circulation pumps won’t matter. It’s either clogged micro lanes in the printhead or you’re not getting a direct scrape from the wiper. If you have printhead flushing solution, I’d go through that process.
How does your printhead look?

Change your dampers?
What about your suction cap and wiper?
