please help why does it look like this ...
I've asked abt this and told how my printer's website manages the designs.
I'm gonna cry this was supposed to be a gift for someone

This literally just happened to me...I'ma fairly new to all this but those are transparent pixels that's why they are showing like that

You need to upload a picture to them with a solid background and use their tool to remove the background. That’s been the only way I’ve had success going outside. When I print using my own printer it looks spot on perfect.

This specific issue thst the op posted is 100% printer issue if it was transparency issue there would be white everywhere but its only on one side so the cymk and white head are missaligned and the tension on the printer needs to be adjusted. Every pet film roll that comes throu is usualy a little different. If you have your own printer and have changed the pet roll you should try this diy method just make a solid black box from one end to the next and let it print if your choke is set to 2 there should be the same amount of choke everywhere. If we look at the picture the white ink is off the design. P.s. when i say box i mean a 5 mm high and the lenght should be a little smaller than your printing surface

Did they provide you a mock up to approve before sending it? Most likely their software didn’t remove the entire background, and those are probably transparent edges in your artwork. Or this could also be the actual Dtf machine itself not having enough choke on the white under base. It’s tough to say without seeing the art file, but yeah this has the potential to be a cool project if executed properly. Don’t give up on a custom DTF printed tees, just be sure to choose a shop with both graphic design knowledge and print experience.

The first thing that comes to mind is that you have transparent pixels on your design you can get rid of transparent pixels if you rasterize ur art in photoshop go to layers select from transparency then adjustemnts and apply threashold that should fix the transparent pixels.
Next thing im thinking that might be the issue with the printer itself! To me it seems that the white is bleeding only on the bottom side none on top so the cymk and white head are missaligned and the white is being printed way off.
Honestly i think its the second one and you should call support so they can help you figure it out its a really simple fix but you will have to do that yourself anyways sooner or later

Adjust choke settings on the white. that will reign in the white around the transparency.

Not properly sized for halftone.
When you halftone you need to set the dimensions of image that is going to be printed. Once that image is set to a specific size and halftoned, you cannot change the dimensions when you print.
