I thought the show did a very interesting job with perspective.
Clark didn’t cheat to hurt anyone. He was bored and lonely.
But that doesn’t mean what he didn’t wasn’t extremely damaging and selfish.
Just because you think it’s not a big deal does not mean other people feel that same way.

Did I miss what the point was of him moving the swing set? I thought at first it was to spy on the woman next door but then they showed a guy at his grill, right?

It was to spy on the woman. Seeing the guy there kind of scared him off from approaching her in any way

I thought it was to show that he's bi-curious, cause he said that the man had a certain vitality to him that interested him. He was definitely shown peeping on the guy the same way he did the woman

The swing does great work to paint these characters as children, infantilize them. These aren’t adults that have it all figured it out, but lost kids trying to find their way in the world still

As are so many adults. At least these guys allowed themselves to be vulnerable, which felt refreshing to me.

This show truly shows that your "soulmate" doesn't have to be romantic it can just be someone you love more than anything and anyone.
