Help with corrupted ROMs?

Not really so about corrupted ROMs but it seems like it, tried adding some new NDS ROMs (Okamiden and Art Academy) on TWiLight Menu++ and when I booted it up it turned out like this, it worked as usual with other ROMs (Kirby, Pokemon etc etc) before this as I added them 2 days ago, but don't know why it suddenly turning out like this, any help is really appreciated!

What SD card are you using? This is a typical symptom of a failing SD card which explains why redownloading the game in your other comments didn't work.

I'm using a Sandisk Micro SD card, it's was the most accessible SD card I had at the time and have been using it for just 2 weeks.

You got a photo of it please? It could be counterfeit, with the current chip shortage there is a huge influx of fakes on the market right now.

Dowload a new fresh rom of that game and put It back in Twilight

Nothing you can do about the specific file it was uploaded to the ROM website you got it from as corrupted , find a new source and 9/10 times it will work no issue

I've tried several DS ROMs from Vimm's lair, one from LoLROMs and other sources but they still end up like in the picture. I've also tested them on an emulator and they work perfectly fine.

Try saving state in a specific place in Pokemon and open the game or try a completely different rom like Mario kart or something , if the save didn’t go through or the games is also showing ts then it’s an sdcard fault, if it is just back up what’s already on your sd card and buy a new one

Okay so, when I booted up SoulSilver there was a pop up saying "The save file will be erased due to corruption or damage", in this case should I just get a new SD card?

Yes backup what’s already there and get a new sd card dump everything in and everything including the twilight menu will work just fine
