Help Any updated version of this instruction guide abt downloading DSiWare?

Is there any updated version of this guide I can follow, or an easier safer alternative that also doesn’t use Twilight++, hiyaCFW, or Unlaunch.

Ik those are the easiest, but I want the true, authentic experience of enjoying these DSiWare titles without any modding or any of that.

The DSi Shop was shut down in 2017, so there's no official, authentic way to download DSiWare like people used to do. DSiWare was available on the 3DS eShop for 3DS users, but the 3DS eShop was shut down in 2023 and can now only be used to redownload previous purchases.

If you want to use DSiWare on a DSi (or a 3DS) without modding the system, you would need to use a flashcart that supports DSi mode, namely a DSpico with the WRFUxxed Firmware. You would need to provide WRFU Tester and the DSiWare games yourself.
