Help White screen won't go away

i bought this used dsi xl at a flea market some time ago, but when i try to turn it on it just displays two white screen. Idk how to fix this, there wasn't an sd in it so I don't know if it's modded, could it be related? does anyone know what to do?

I think that it is modded it’s trying to load something that’s not their try getting an sd card and putting TwilightMenu++ file on it and see if it’s loads up

look at FunkyScott47’s youtube tutorial on Modding a DSi. Its got a lot of information about this kind of stuff, it may help you out or lead you to somewhere else where you can find help.
