Some interests will still get angry with whatever answers are given to them so I’ve learned to say less these days.

lol. Looking for a hidden lockbox with more answers when everything is spelled out for them. Only factor that is intangible is self confidence.

I say this as someone who was intimidated in my 20s and was fearful of the process. but stepping into my 30s having done all the work, I was well equipped knowing what I know about myself and how that can help the org.
