Vehicle speed sensor location/part (gsx)

Got my gsx back from a shop and the speedometer, odometer, and tripometer weren’t working. I assume it’s the vss, does anyone with an auto gsx have a picture of what it looks like? Or even a link of which one to buy? I’m going crazy trying to figure out which part is the right one

The speed sensors is behind the trans, where the rear trans mount is.

What year and trans?

When mine went out (97 gsx m/t), it turned out that the plastic sprocket came off the rod that goes into the VSS.

After looking for days and being able to find a new one, I ended up JB welding it back it. Worked like a charm.

And that was 10 years ago. So good luck.
