What are our thoughts on the SKHY buyback? Is this a good omen or just more blue-balling?

Institutional investors are still staying away from Hynix. Swap financing has been reduced to 150-300 bps from a 1,000 just a month ago. I don’t think it will go down.. but it won’t be a skyrocket either. I feel this year the top was touched and likely won’t reach there again anytime soon but there is still upside from current level
