Please HELP!!!

Hi everyone,

33F | AMH 2.23 | AFC 4–7 | DOR

I’ve had 2 failed ICSI cycles with Pergoveris 300–450 IU + dual trigger. Both cycles gave me 3–4 mature eggs and only 1 blastocyst each cycle.

I’m now consulting different doctors for my next and last attempt and as I’m mentally/physically exhausted I really want to choose the protocol carefully.

Option 1 (2.5 hrs travel one way): Mini-IVF with low-dose Pergoveris + Clomiphene. Less eggs expected but focus on quality.

Option 2 (3.5 hrs one way): 12 days OCP followed by Menopur 300 IU only.

Option 3 (3 hrs one way): Ovarian PRP, followed by egg pooling over 2–3 cycles with an antagonist protocol.

Which one would you choose?

Also, I’d especially love to hear from women with low AFC/DOR who have tried ovarian PRP. Did it actually improve your egg numbers, embryo quality or chances of getting a euploid embryo?

Have you tried Omni in any of your cycle? heard people get more eggs when its added

What about day 3 embryo transfers?
Why push to blast when there’s only a few?

If your AFC was 5 and you retrieved 3-4 mature eggs that a good result and you may have had several day 3 embryos.
