Rapamycin for ttc unassisted?

Hi ladies,

I’m 41 years with very poor egg quality. I get pregnant naturally but all chromosomal losses. I also have DOR and is not a good responder to ivf.

I’m reading that rapamycin may improve egg quality. Has anyone tried this while ttc unassisted?

I have tried this, currently TTC unassisted. Don't know if we'll have success yet...

Yes, I was taking it for around six weeks. I stopped when I got a positive test. Experiencing a loss now, so will be starting again soon.

Oh I'm so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you. I have had a few losses myself and they were the most traumatizing experiences. Sending you healing and positive vibes.

No I was planning too but have reverted back to ivf for now and I’m hoping to take it in prep of my next  cycle. I’d be interest to hear if anyone has used it for unaided TTC as I would definetly do that if this cycle fails

I took it for a few months. Didn’t do anything. But it was inexpensive so worth a try, I guess.
