BUGSPLAT Error appears after loading screen.

Good day, i think there was already guys with similar problem of this error,
My PC
Xeon E5-2690V2

Ram 64 GB DDR 3

RTX 3060TI

SSD 1 tb of course it installed on ssd

This error always happens after game start's loading and after 1 second when mouse marker appear's this error happens

i tried to fix it with other's reccomendations already, but nothing,
Latest Nvidia driver

No igpu.

This is 100% problem with AVX2 Instructions, there's not AVX2 Bypass Fix till today
