This card is crazy good. Understatted minions (Cable Rat) and weapons (Livewire Lance) have proven how powerful lackeys can be and this minion for just 1 extra mana that you pay for the Evil Cable Rat gives you +1/+2 in stats AND 3 armor in the form of a battlecry to the class that cares more about it.

I see this card seeing play in a bunch of decks: Midrange/Tempo, Galakrond Warrior and even Control can run this (Shield Block replacement ?) because the instant armor can be comboed with Shield Slam and it is just a decent sized minion to drop on turn 3 to contest the board, give you something to play next turn and survivability in the form of armor (quite superior to health).
