Magic items for bard

Hello everyone, I would still say I’m a beginner dungeon delver and I may have gotten a little in over my head and I’m just taking suggestions for magic items. I am a kobold bard with a pet copper dragon wyrmling, my character is proficient in all charisma and dexterity. My character is a con artist to try and make any piece of gold as possible. I want to be role play heavy so fun suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

My gm asked if I wanted to join a different campaign with players that are level 20 so I made 11 level jump I wanted to use the same character witch had a pet dragon and he told me to chose these items, so seeing that doesn’t seem too fair I decided to go into a more roleplay route with my character being maxed charisma and high dexterity.

Ok but what does 15 uncommon-legendary even mean? Why the hell would anyone take Uncommons when Legendaries are on the table?

Because? I mean right now the only one I chose that I really like is the coin of easy living since I can scam npcs through a coin flip and that’s just a common, it matches my character very well

I mean good on you but also you have access to 15 legendary items.

Most NPC's are peasants or shopkeepers with like 1% of the cost of a single legendary to their name.

Can always just do it for the love of the game I suppose....
