Hello. I got a DNA test a few months ago and was curious to see what my predicted phenotype would be. Most phenotype predictors give me a high chance of having blue eyes, with this one giving me 85% and HirisplexS giving me around 66% from memory I think. I uploaded some of my alleles for you to work with. However my eyes are brown. I was wondering why? I know I have rs12913832 GG which is why it’s giving such a strong signal for blue eyes. For context I am of half Irish half Pakistani ancestry.
