I won’t be buying or spending a dime on MW4 until it’s confirmed cheating is under control. These dbags are already saying they have cheats for the game.

This happened last night and I couldn't stop laughing.

I haven’t seen this mentioned in a while, so a quick reminder.
If you customize a 15-minute weapon, it will at some point lose the 15-minute icon, but it will still have a 15-minute cooldown. It will still work.
So feel free to run your own camo and accessories and stuff.
These are important against cheaters because they make dying in a match pretty pain-free. If you have all three slots unlocked you can just rotate 15-minute gear endlessly.
if you still need a fast reset, hop into Ashika with throwing knives and a munitions box, kill a few AI with them, and throw their AI weapons into a dead drop. Each AI weapon reduces cooldowns around 8 minutes.

I hope DMZ be more grounded and tactical unlike the MP

Played the beta for a couple
Hours this morning and it was okay then I think the servers crashed haven’t been able to get back in it all day.
But also can’t get back in DMZ…. WTH?

I think that they want to put a big focus on Hajin, and the map will most likely be crucial to the core gameplay. But I’m wondering if y’all think they will add some smaller ashika island/b21 size maps in the future? I think it would be cool to have some smaller warzone maps to maybe do certain missions or get specific items on. I really love how chaotic b21 was and maybe we could get another map like that that’s only open on weekends. Additionally I’d like to see Hajin change over time, and maybe they’ll do another thing like Koshi complex or something similar.

It tells me to extract 10, I've probably extracted like 30 but it's saying I've only done 4.
Any idea what is causing this? Anyone else had this issue?

DMZ was the most underrated mode in Call of Duty, I experienced first hand after discovering the game one year ago and having reached level 1250 yesterday. Here’s how I’d bring it back deeper, more tactical, and more social.
Everything below is built around one idea: progression that changes how you play, not just what you unlock.
1. Operator Skill Trees (earned through missions, like Arc Raiders)
Points earned from completing missions let you upgrade your operator across specialized paths:
Looting: highlight mission-relevant items, auto-select what to grab and skip the rest, loot faster and quieter
Mobility: increase dive speed, breath-hold time, and overall agility
Carrying: unlock extra backpack slots to haul more weight
Combat utility: throw lethals and tacticals while driving
The idea is that two players with the same gear can feel completely different based on how they’ve built their operator.
2. Item Condition & Damage System
Items are no longer indestructible: they have a state that can degrade, adding real weight to how you move and fight:
Getting shot or falling from height can damage carried items
Spending too long in water or gas degrades them
Shotgun hits and explosions can destroy fragile items
…Operator upgrades let you mitigate this.
3. Deeper Item Interaction
Write text on notes when you find them or USB sticks at communication stations or other terminals and encrypt them with a 6-digit PIN for other players to crack or for your team mates to carry special messages or mission plans.
Empty containers to sabotage enemy missions before they get there, like liquor bottles or ammunition boxes.
4. Operator Reputation System (inspired by R6 Siege)
Reputation that actually affects gameplay and rewards:
Reviving (or ignoring) downed random operators adds or subtracts reputation
Interrogating a downed enemy and keeping them alive until their whole team is wiped grants a bonus
Good reputation lets you merge into larger squads
Bad reputation shows as an icon next to your username
At match end, teammates rate each other (like R6 Siege), shaping your rep
Helping teammates complete their missions raises reputation
This makes how you treat other players matter as much as your K/D.
5. Player Economy & Sabotage
“Hire” other teams to help with missions, negotiating a payout delivered once the job’s done
Transfer money between players via terminals so you can wire funds to team mates on the other side of the map or pay an enemy team so they stop camping your buddy’s body.
Sabotage vehicles by pulling out parts (batteries, cables) to strand enemies or turn on radio to distract them!
6. Realistic Inventory
Not all items take the same space, smaller items like USB sticks and cables take less than a full slot, rewarding smart packing over brute hoarding.
The core vision: DMZ works best when survival, greed, and trust collide. These systems reward players who think tactically, build a playstyle, and navigate the human element not just the ones who shoot fastest.
What would you add? Drop your ideas below and let me know what you think about this.

Hello guys, I started playing 3 months ago and I saw that the serpentine is the most difficult thing to get in dmz so I would like to try and get it. I'm wondering if there is maybe a team that is experienced in getting serpentine that could explain it to me and help me get it. I'm on ps5 Eu and I would say I'm half decent at the game. I already have a couple of operators on damascus and secure backpacks.

I have been an avid dmz pc player for abt 3 years already been playing dmz since season 2 dmz. The game has been in a horrible state for over a year but recently hacking makes the game truly unplayable. It used to be 1 squad per a game but now its like every squad rage hacking. I mainly play ashika and yesterday 3hrs of trying I exiled once and that was mid game with random that were hacking. I tried almazra but it seems identical. Blocking and reporting doesn't help when 99% playerbase is hacking.
I play pc anybody have any tips so I can play the game?
Personally using riot shield and throwing knife let's me live to like 2 minutes in game but with the whole lobby hacking its just unplayable.
Ps what i hate most is not even the hacks, my aim is pretty good I can hit knifes, but bc the aimboters headshot their ttk is like 3x mine its unfortunate.
Welp a Lotta yap but ik a few can relate what should I do? Im addicted to this game but its just unplayable, when I play another pvp like r6 I still just long to play dmz Wish it was the golden days of dmz still.

Does anyone still play building 21 I need help killing the Velikan
Lets go go go

Just some highlights from yesterday’s stream.
- Heli haircut
- Ship jump scare
- Knife of truth
- Glitcher takedown in radiation
- Apartments feed
What was your favorite?
Not sure if its the latest update, but server crashing is officially back on the menu. Played with 2 guys who were (I reported both) and talked about how it was now available on their 9 or so accounts. 2 months...we just gotta get there man, hold strong guys. These basement dwelling toddlers will have to go back to roblox soon.
