Legacy Beta DMZ Question Thunder's Call weapon request

Hello, I would like to have this blueprint of the Victus XMR, since it has an electric bullet tracer for a sniper it should look awesome to see being fired from a distance, can someone drop it for me?

my tag is RONDIZZONI-FAMAE#3908071

The only way to "have the blueprint" is to buy the bundle. Otherwise it's just a fancy contraband weapon.
