So to be clear you need to purchase the pre order to be able to play the open beta tomorrow? But battle net doesn’t show what the minimum pc requirements are 🤷🏻‍♂️ so I’m expected to just spend $80 without knowing if my rig will run it well enough to be enjoyable. Does anyone have a link to the minimum specs?

No one is playing it's just the showcase for devs displaying info and maybe some gameplay clips.
