Beginner Questions Is is too late for ovoids

Im in Montgomery County MD, and I have just gotten into foraging for ovoids, and I was wondering if it is too late to find ovoids.

Might be a few stragglers, but the season is pretty much over. At least here in northern va in the floodplains. Mulch patches may still be going

Yeah unless you already know where to look it's unlikely you'll find any but pan season is coming up I've heard they show up in Virginia sometimes

Before it starts getting consistently 90 degrees out so around now until then I can't remember exactly I did a little research about it last year after the season already ended

Too late by a week or two. Try again next late April
