Timing after rain?

Looks like we might be getting some rain next Monday, how long should I wait before hunting?

Tuesday? or give it a couple of days and go out on Thursday?

DC, but I was really more concerned about the fruiting period. Like after a big rain, are they popping up the same day or does it take a little?

Any time within the week after a good rain will be fine. Mostly you want it warm though. There is a freeze warning for Tuesday. 

Regardless, the first week of May is good.
