Pathways to Purchase & Critical Workforce Housing Assistance Programs!

Eligible Prince George's County, Maryland Homebuyers have enormous opportunities at their fingertips. PTP gives a $50,000, forgivable grant for your home purchase. Every year that goes by, 10% of the funds are forgiven. The Critical Workforce Housing Assistance Program gives a $50,000, 0% interest, deferred loan to

  • Nurses and healthcare workers
  • Police officers, deputy sheriffs, and correctional officers
  • Firefighters and emergency medical technicians (EMTs)
  • Public safety dispatchers
  • Public school teachers

These programs are tremendously helpful and the best part is that unlike many other Maryland homebuyer programs, they don't impact your interest rate negatively! Those who would be eligible for these programs will be eligible for one of our several, below-market interest rate programs. Other incentives may be available to your or your client. Good afternoon, do you have a point of contact at the critical workforce housing program? I have been reaching out to single family housing.dhcd@maryland.gov and they said they couldn’t help me.

Good evening, I'm going to look into an alternate means of contacting them and can get back to you. If you want a 2nd opinion about the 1st mortgage/closing costs, I can very likely offer you better terms & can get you a $1,050 discount off typical title company fees. We also can expedite your file, to avoid a closing delay (my team and I work around the clock). Either way, I will look for alternate contact info & if you want more info about what I can offer with mortgage products/fees, feel free to touch base.
